Provides support and assistance to St. Ouen parishioners, helping them live independently in the community.

If you think you need help with shopping, visiting your bank, attending a medical appointment or collecting a prescription​; if you find forms difficult to complete; if you need transport to community activities or if you simply would like a friendly person to chat to, the St Ouen Community Support Team may be able to help you.

The members of the team have a range of skills and experience and can help you develop permanent and effective links with other agencies, for example Family Nursing and Home Care, Meals on Wheels, Citizens Advice Bureau and Age concern. We can also help you in your dealings with States departments such as Social Security and Social Services.
